The CSC RO V Online Competency Recruitment for Excellence (C.O.R.E.) is designed to facilitate publication of vacant positions, online application, screening and other Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) functions.

All applications made on this website will solely be used for the records of the Civil Service Commission and shall be maintained in confidentiality. Any information entered by the user will be saved in the server database to be verified and validated by the Civil Service Commission subject to pertinent laws. Such data will be used in the Recruitment Selection and Placement (RSP) process and other HRMPSB-related documents.

The CSC Regional Office V through the Human Resource Division shall maintain the database generated in the C.O.R.E. which shall be used to cull data pertinent to recruitment, selection, and placement.
